Did just come home from a walk with the dog, she didn’t do anything so I have to take her out again before I go to the gym = extra calories burnt.
Started out the day with 16min hula hooping (around -100kcal burning) then breakfast of white cleansing tea, half a grapefruit and one portion oatmeal with soy milk and cinnamon. Took me almost an hour to eat it all up because I was reading the newspaper at the same time and solving sudoku. So even though it’s lunch time for me now I’m not hungry and can therefore just chill and wait for the body to tell me when to eat. I’m going to the gym at 4pm so at the latest I should eat at 3pm.
At the moment I’m looking for a new stationary bike to have in the basement because out 10 years old one broke last week and I need my bike!!! It was the perfect morning workout, 10K in 20min and 200kcal just ran off you before breakfast! And if you hadn’t workout during the day an half hour would be just fine for you. Combine that with 16min hula hooping or maybe a Jillian Michaels 30 day shred or a decent power walk or short run and you would have the perfect workout! And no weather included, because it’s getting harder and harder to get out on that power walk I used to go almost every day during summer but now it’s autumn!
Well, well, I’ll keep looking for a new bike and then eat some lunch, walk the dog again and then off to the gym starting the C25K and the a 55min body pump class! Awesome I’m gonna get fit fit fit! :D
