THIN TO THE SPO

Omg, I never thought the day would end! 

Had a job interview this morning and on my way to it my other job (yes I’m planning to have two jobs) calls me in so I have to rush like crazy. I made it. Hell yeah. Being with the kids, a good day. Fish for lunch… I actually ate it! With a lot of salad. And then I got hungry and at the snack meal I ate those cereals all the time, of boredom. But it was okay, not that bad. Could have been worse. Just have to learn that at snack meal I can have 2 glasses of water, one cup tea or coffee without milk and one fruit and that should be enough. Then I can hold on until dinner.

Then I walked home, walked the dog. Made dinner for mum and dad. Spaghetti bolognese, didn’t eat any pasta though just the beef and some spinach and vinegar. 

Then off to the gym! C25K, week 1, day 2. I actually cheated yesterday, without knowing! I had the program on my iPhone and by some reason it just showed the program util the 20th minute so I was like “Already done? Damn, I still got it!” but I made it all the way through today, went just fine! And after that a 30 minute core class.

And now I sit here, exhausted, with a cup of green tea and an orange. Tomorrow I’ll do spinning and swimming, missed the swimming last week because I was so sick but now I’m back, baby!
