Purchased a hula hoop from Casall and a pair of shorts from Nike yesterday. Tried the hula hoop for around 15 minutes or so and omg did it hurt or what?! Can’t continue doing it today, my sides are to sore. It has these weights on the inside that just makes you die.. But I’ve seen amazing results from people who have started with it and I just feel that I WANT THAT!
The shorts are so comfortable, had a really hard time to find the right ones though.. Was going on a pair from Adidas at first but no.
Today is rest day, just eating healthy and take a small walk maybe. Going to dinner with my school in the evening though… Really don’t want to eat that crappy food, did so well yesterday! Went down 1,3kg ‘til today actually, but that’s just because I’ve been drinking and eating like shit the past few days so it was mostly water weight, hate it! After tuesday I can finally start of my new program with exercise and eating, then all the dinners and events from my friends exams is finally over.
