3 baby carrots
10 big strawberries
1 grapefruit
10 almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup hummus
1 boiled egg
1 cup owen roasted root crops (carrots, beetroots, onion, parsnips)
1 portion blueberry oatmeal
1 blueberry muffin (tasted one of the ones I made for my sister, not an excuse but I did not enjoy it)
