2 cups of tea (1 cup white tea and 1 cup black tea with 0,1% fat milk)
1 cup salad and spinach with vinegar
4 cherry tomatos
1 owen baked tomato
0,5 pan-fried onion
1  pan-fried pepper
5 baby carrots with hummus
2 apples
1 grapefruit
2,5 minute steaks
1 piece of brie cheese
100kcal All Bran cereals with 0,1% fat milk
1 piece feta cheese and spinach pie

Been doing not too bad today, mostly just been sitting on my ass the whole day though but no bingeing or worse snacking than some brie cheese. :)
