Omgomgomgomg!!! This is insane! I lost 5,1lbs in a week, feeling like I’ve been eating like crazy and not been able to work out at all because I’ve been sick the whole week!

So I came home from a language trip of two weeks, in France, and ate like… god I ate so much crap, so when I came home I decided to starting over in my weight loss journey. I’ve been sick and ill for several times now and haven’t had the time to work out as much as I would have wanted. But what happens after two weeks of not being sick, living like crap? I’m sick again.
So I haven’t worked out at all this week, just been lifting some weights and hula hopping for some minutes but nothing more… I wanted to start the From Couch 2 5K but I don’t think I will do exactly that, I’m going to be on the treadmill for 30min at least 5 times a week just going as fast as I can. Will see where it take me.
I got so motivated when I read about Sweetthinspirations journey and how she did it so I started to listen to my body, not eat before I really felt hungry and IT’S HARD! I been eating some ice cream and peanut butter the last two days but it worked out pretty well. :) I did at least not binge! Thought I would…
So I started the day out with a 1 mile run/pw, I havn’t worked out in three weeks, just couldn’t last as long as I’ve been able too. Came back home, hula hooped for 10 minutes, went to take progress pictures (take one every week for now, will upload them when you see some difference) and then went on the scale… I’ve been cheating and checked it during the week and then it said 66,1kg / 145,7lbs but yesterday I got this crazy craving and put some peanut butter in my mouth (I know, gross…) so I thought I would have ruined it all. But what do you know! THe scale said 65,7kg / 144,8lbs and last week was 68kg / 149,9lbs. :D
