Q: Hi, I was hoping you could help me out with something... I checked on google and couldn't find the one I was looking for.. There is this website that you enter how much your caloric intake, age, and how much exercise you do then it gives an estimated time how what you'll weight and how much deficit you need to have (or something like that).. So it'll say like with the amount of exercise & calories I get I'll weight so&so by whatever date... Would you know any sites like that?

Q: Im starting at almost the same weight (72 kg) and have almost the same goal weight (50), but first I'll reach 60kg.. Seems like such a long road but it'll be worth it in the end! I wish you the best of luck in your weightloss, i really like your blog, it motivates me. So from now on you have another follower :)

Q: Do you have any tips for not giving into your cravings? My worst cravings are for carb loaded things, and a lot of the time it brings me undone. If I could get my cravings and the urge to binge under control I would be reaching be goal weight so much quicker!

Q: Heyy I was reading your journal and progress and - well everything else. This is really great! - What I think would be really cool to see up at the top is a "meals" tab - so people who follow you can see breakfast, lunch, and dinner suggestions for weeks at a time to get some ideas of what you eat and what we can and/or should be eating :) - idk just a thought :) - lemme know what you think ?

Q: Ok so I also weigh around 158 and want to get down to about 125. The only thing I have trouble with is diet. What does your daily food intake look like for breakfast, lunch, dinner etc?
