So… This is what I ate today. Really tired right now so I don’t feel for explaining everything but it kind of speaks for itself. I was out with a friend and had a cup of black coffee too and had water to every meal. Though I’m really, really hungry right now and maybe I ate to little today… Had an awful run this morning, probably because I were totally out of energy even though I had a pre-workout snack (the yoghurt and the cashews). Think I need to update my carbs a bit. Had an amazing run yesterday but I think the low energy level is in the way for me… Well, well. :)

I haven’t worked out today but I did go to y gym to renew my membership so the manager will call me tomorrow to check with me so I can to go the gym tomorrow! All I need now is to get my pulse watch to work again, the battery is out and I can’t change it by myself! Argh!

New pants from Nike! Amazingly comfortable and warm. Tried out our new elliptical as well and it’s amazing! Such a good workout, 20 minutes before breakfast and I feel like myself again. Though the incline was crazy tough and the calorie count was kind of cheap (70kcal under 20 minutes? Does that seem right? The ones on the gym would have said 200kcal or something?) it’s really good. I hated my stationary bike, it hurt me, it was broken, no good size for me and just so boring. This new friend of mine has programs, personal settings and a fun display! My new buddy<3

Purchased a hula hoop from Casall and a pair of shorts from Nike yesterday. Tried the hula hoop for around 15 minutes or so and omg did it hurt or what?! Can’t continue doing it today, my sides are to sore. It has these weights on the inside that just makes you die.. But I’ve seen amazing results from people who have started with it and I just feel that I WANT THAT! 
The shorts are so comfortable, had a really hard time to find the right ones though.. Was going on a pair from Adidas at first but no.
Today is rest day, just eating healthy and take a small walk maybe. Going to dinner with my school in the evening though… Really don’t want to eat that crappy food, did so well yesterday! Went down 1,3kg ‘til today actually, but that’s just because I’ve been drinking and eating like shit the past few days so it was mostly water weight, hate it! After tuesday I can finally start of my new program with exercise and eating, then all the dinners and events from my friends exams is finally over.
