So… This is what I ate today. Really tired right now so I don’t feel for explaining everything but it kind of speaks for itself. I was out with a friend and had a cup of black coffee too and had water to every meal. Though I’m really, really hungry right now and maybe I ate to little today… Had an awful run this morning, probably because I were totally out of energy even though I had a pre-workout snack (the yoghurt and the cashews). Think I need to update my carbs a bit. Had an amazing run yesterday but I think the low energy level is in the way for me… Well, well. :)
I got my FiveFingers today! I’ve been waiting so long for these puppies. Restarted my C25K some day ago so I did the Week 1 Day 2 program, is was HOT and SWEATY and I wanted to die, litteraly. But the shoes were amazing and I’ll hope I’ll feel some difference in my feet tomorrow, they say that some muscles “wakes up” and start to live again when you go barefoot. My poor feet, been living in converse for ever, screaming in pain. But fear no more! Will try to run again tomorrow the Week 1 Day 3 and no more until monday then because I’m going with a friend on a show jumping meeting for four days.
